- Your email address, so we can deliver your reading or product and, if you subscribe, your horoscope.
- Your birth details (date, time and place of birth) when you buy a personalized reading, so we can prepare it.
- Payment information, which is collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Basic Site data (such as essential cookies and simple, non-identifying usage information) to keep the Site working.
2. Why we use it
We use your information to prepare and deliver your readings and products, to process your payment, to manage subscriptions, to answer your messages, and to run and improve the Site. For personalized readings, your birth details are used only to prepare your reading.
3. Legal basis
We process your information to perform our contract with you (to deliver what you purchased) and, where relevant, with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to deliver our products, such as our payment provider (Stripe) and our email delivery service, and only to the extent needed to provide the service, or where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service you asked for and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

We use only the cookies needed for the Site to function. We do not use your data for intrusive advertising.
