Welcome to The Time Edit. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thetimeedit.co (the "Site") and the products and services we offer, including our free tools, digital downloads, personalized readings (such as natal chart, astrocartography and horoscope readings) and subscriptions. By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site and its products are operated by The Time Edit ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at contact@thetimeedit.co.
2. Our products and services
We offer free tools, digital products and personalized readings delivered by email. Some tools and content are free; others are paid, either one-time or by subscription. Product descriptions, features and prices are shown on the Site and at checkout.
3. Nature of our readings
Our readings and tools are offered for personal insight, reflection and enjoyment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice, and they are not guarantees of any particular outcome. You remain responsible for your own choices and decisions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from us. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
5. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed. For personalized readings, you provide your birth details (date, time and place) at checkout so we can prepare your reading.
6. Delivery
Digital products and readings are delivered electronically, usually by email within a short time after purchase (often within the hour). Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see your email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription products (such as the personalized horoscope) renew automatically for the period you chose, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription then stops renewing at the end of the current billing period (for a monthly plan, the end of that month). Where needed, we may also end a subscription at the end of the current period. We do not provide partial refunds for a period already started.
8. Refunds
All sales are final. Our products are digital and our readings are personalized and prepared for you, so once an order is placed we do not offer refunds, to the extent permitted by law. If something goes wrong on our side, for example a product you paid for was never delivered, contact us at contact@thetimeedit.co and we will put it right. Purchases made through third-party stores (such as Amazon or Etsy) follow those stores' own return policies.
9. Your birth details and personal data
When you buy a personalized reading, we use the birth details and email you provide only to prepare and send your reading. We handle them with care, we do not sell them, and we do not share them except as needed to provide the service.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, and every reading we create for you, is owned by The Time Edit or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may keep and enjoy your reading, but you may not resell, redistribute or publish it as your own.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt it, to access it without authorization, to scrape it, or to use it for anything unlawful.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, The Time Edit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, with the date it was last updated. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
