The Money Edit
See where your money quietly goes, and what you could gently keep back over a year. No bank login, no judgement.
Small everyday habits barely register, yet across a year they add up to real money. Adjust the numbers to your own life, and watch what you could keep back for what matters.

Your everyday habits
Once you find it, keep it
A few gentle principles from people who study money, to help what you save actually stay saved.
Pay yourself first
Move a small amount to savings the day you are paid, before anything else. What you do not see, you rarely miss. The oldest rule in personal finance, and still the kindest.
Make it automatic
Set up a standing transfer so saving happens without willpower. A separate account, even a simple one you do not carry a card for, keeps the money out of easy reach.
Give the money a name
A cushion, a trip, a calmer month. Money with a purpose is far easier to keep than money left loose. Point your kept-back amount at something you actually want.
Start small, stay steady
You do not have to cut everything. Trim one or two habits, keep the rest, and let steadiness do the work. Small and repeated beats big and brief.
This is a gentle mirror, not financial advice. The savings shown are realistic estimates, not exact figures, and the amounts are yours to set. Inspired by the idea that small daily costs add up, a notion popularised as the "latte factor" by David Bach.
